Nemanja Bosin

Nemanja Bosin is a partner at AMB Law Firm, based in Novi Sad, and has been a member of the Vojvodina Bar Association since 2017.

During his tenure at one of the leading law firms in Novi Sad, where he served as a partner, Nemanja specialized in employment-related legal proceedings, including cases concerning unlawful dismissal, establishing the existence of an employment relationship, and claims for unpaid wages. His client base consists of various workers seeking protection of their rights before the competent courts of the Republic of Serbia.

In parallel with his legal studies and subsequent legal career, Nemanja dedicated 15 years to officiating as a football referee and was a member of the Legal Affairs Commission of the Novi Sad Football Association. The practical knowledge he gained in this capacity has been effectively applied in his legal practice, particularly in the area of sports law. He intensively engages in matters related to contract formation in sports and the rights of athletes, with a specific focus on claims for damages within the realm of football, emphasizing the rights of referees and the resolution of unpaid claims for football players and sports professionals. In recent years, Nemanja has also provided legal and comprehensive logistical support to construction companies facing various challenges during the construction process.
