Marija Malinović

Marija Malinović is a partner at AMB Law Firm based in Novi Sad, and has been a member of the Vojvodina Bar Association since 2012.

She was appointed as a practitioner associate for Civil Law at the Faculty of Law for Business and Justice in Novi Sad, where she teaches the practical component of the course on Obligations Law.

Marija has extensive experience across a wide range of legal fields, providing professional, expert, and confidential services. Her areas of practice include property law, labor law, family law, and inheritance law. Representation of companies is a particular area of interest for her, as well as representing individuals in all proceedings before courts and other state authorities. She drafts all types of contracts between individuals and/or legal entities. She represents companies in administrative (offense) proceedings and disputes before the Commercial Court, as well as individuals and legal entities in proceedings before the Constitutional Court.

In the field of labor law, she has advised and represented numerous domestic companies, providing legal assistance in drafting complex labor law documents and representing them in labor disputes.

In the area of criminal law, she represents and defends perpetrators of economic crimes. She has obtained certification for the defense of juvenile offenders and for representing minor victims in criminal proceedings. Issues concerning children's rights, youth delinquency, and handling juvenile offenders are particular areas of her interest.
